Right foot toe curl

INSTRUCTIONS:

FRAME side view

Sitting in a chair,
(1) lift your RIGHT foot;
(2) curl your toes down and inward toward the bottom of your foot;
(3) straighten them out.

Move as much as possible in each direction, repeat 3 times.
Lift Left Foot and Repeat movement.
