 - Right Elbow Flexion
 - Left Elbow Extension
 - Left Elbow Flexion
 - Repeat 3 times
 
Elbow Range of Motion
INSTRUCTIONS:
FRAME side view from impacted side.
                        Sitting in a chair,
                        (1) place your BOTH arm directly in front of your body;
                        (2) straighten BOTH arms in front of you;
                        (3) alternating sides bending at the elbow, curl your arm inward toward your shoulder.
                    
Move as much as possible in each direction, repeat 3 times.
