INSTRUCTIONS:
When the sunlight strikes raindrops in the air, they act as a prism and form a rainbow. The rainbow is a division of white light into many beautiful colors. These take the shape of a long round arch, with its path high above, and its two ends apparently beyond the horizon. There is, according to legend, a boiling pot of gold at one end. People look, but no one ever finds it. When a man looks for something beyond his reach, his friends say he is looking for the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

In a seated position, relax with your hands in your lap. Hands apart, palms up. Rest and film the whole body for 30 seconds.
Postural Tremor
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a seated position, extend and hold both of your arms out straight in front of you. Hands at the level of your shoulders. Please film for 10 seconds.
Active Tremor (R)
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a seated position, hold a pen in your left hand with your arm straight. Point your right index finger. Touch your nose and then the pen. Repeat 5 times.
Active Tremor (L)
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a seated position, hold a pen in your right hand with your arm straight. Point your left index finger. Touch the pen and then your chest. Repeat 5 times.
Finger Taps (R)
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a seated position, hold up your right hand. Tap your right index finger to your right thumb. Open wide and move quickly. Continue this action and film for 10 seconds.

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a seated position, hold up your left hand. Tap your left index finger to your left thumb. Open wide and move quickly. Continue this action and film for 10 seconds.
Hand Grips (R)
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a seated position, hold up your right hand. Open and close your hand fully and quickly. Continue this action for 10 seconds.

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a seated position, hold up your right hand. Rotate your hand turning the palm up and then down. Continue this action for 10 seconds.

In a seated position, hold up your left hand. Rotate your hand turning the palm up and then down. Continue this action for 10 seconds.
Foot Lift (R)
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a seated position, raise your entire right foot off the floor about 6 inches. Tap the foot flat onto the floor repeatedly, firmly and quickly. Continue this action for 10 seconds.

In a seated position, raise your entire left foot off the floor about 6 inches. Tap the foot flat onto the floor repeatedly, firmly and quickly. Continue this action for 10 seconds.
Toe Taps (R)
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a seated position, raise your toes on your right foot off the floor, keeping the heel firmly on the ground. Tap the foot flat onto the floor repeatedly, firmly and quickly. Continue this action for 10 seconds.

In a seated position, cross your arms on your chest. Stand up without uncrossing your arms. Then, uncross your arms and please walk for 4 meters. Turn around and walk back.
