Profile
Captureproof is looking for a software engineer with strong development skills to help us maintain current and develop future versions of CaptureProof platform. Responsibilities in this position will include developing and maintaining Captureproof as well as a set of test versions for new features.
A significant amount of time will be spent working with the rest of the team to iterate on prototype concepts. This includes developing prototypes to support new feature requests as well as taking advantage of new technologies in API, Integration, Machine learning and our accompanying web services. This position requires a self-motivated individual with strong technical and communication skills, and the willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Your primary responsibility is to troubleshoot customer problems and resolve customer complaints. You will be expected to answer the phone, greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. You will be responsible for monitoring and actively influencing the CaptureProof app’s performance, making sure that the quality requirements in place are fulfilled and the goals consistently achieved. You will also answer customer questions and provide feedback to CaptureProof's app development team in order to improve app usability and support their development.You will also be responsible for creating performance reports and action plans.
Requirements:CaptureProof is seeking a full-time employee for a Marketing Coordinator and Customer Success Associate. The right candidate will have time management and multitasking skills that will provide successful balance of both positions.
Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:This position is full-time, 40 hours per week in our San Francisco office. Occasional travel may be required.
