Feature in JOSPT’s June edition, signals to Orthopedists and Physical Therapists that CaptureProof is the Here and Now that lets them See and Know
The June issue of the Journal of Orthopaedic & Sports Physical Therapy, was a milestone for CaptureProof, the world’s first platform for photo and video sharing between patient and practitioner. Featured in the “New Products” section, CaptureProof has announced itself as a product new to the scene, marking the future direction of the field, as doctors will be able to monitor their patients’ progress more effectively.
Healthcare practitioners will no longer have to wait and see with their patients, but can see and know their progress outside of appointment times.
As highlighted by the feature in the Journal, CaptureProof not only gives the care provider secure access to a single video or photo for more accurate communication based on real-time photos and videos of the patient, but even automatically organizes multiple videos in a comparative, side-by-side format which enables analysis. For patients, sending a video is as easy as texting, and provides the care team with instantaneous feedback. Patients often lack the ability to communicate and show their doctors their symptoms, and this platform gives them the tools to do this.
While CaptureProof is being showcased in a journal, whose readership fields of orthopedics and physical therapy, the article clearly notes that CaptureProof may be used to capture, compare and share a wide range of conditions, including movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, tremors and epilepsy, in addition to range of motion and sleep issues.
