Not just a wall of colorful post-its

Kevin Chang, QA Testing Lead, does one of the most satisfying tasks at CaptureProof: transferring a post-it from the “To-Do” Wall to the “Completed Features” Wall. You can just see him beaming with pride and joy.

Having this post-it wall helps us see-and-know the features we’ve worked on – and not just track them, but also appreciate where we’ve come from to where we are now. No words needed, and visually quantified. And look how much we’ve accomplished! We’re going to have to find a new wall soon.

Not to mention we have an entirely different wall for the features and changes to come. Maybe we need to get more walls!
