CaptureProof Introduces New HIPAA-Compliant Health Messaging Product

February 18, 2017 in Uncategorized

ORLANDO, FL (Feb. 20, 2017) – CaptureProof Inc., creator of the visual health record that empowers providers and patients to share photo, video and notes via a secure, HIPAA-compliant app, will introduce its CURBSIDE product at HIMSS 2017, Feb. 20-23, 2017, in Orlando.

CaptureProof’s new CURBSIDE application lets health care professionals send secure messages for consultation, with photos, to any other provider with a mobile phone number. Once the message is opened, the image is available for 8 minutes before it access is removed. Providers save case for further review, only if they want.

“CURBSIDE is free, fast and intuitive – it’s SNAP + CHAT for doctors. It’s the only application that encrypts both messages and media for complete HIPAA compliant temporary messaging, it works whether providers are in the same network or not,” said Meghan Conroy, CaptureProof CEO. “We’re excited to provide this new, secure way for health care professionals to consult with colleagues and get a taste of the CaptureProof technology that has won over patients and health care providers from coast to coast.”

Anyone can try CURBSIDE by visiting curbside.captureproof.com from a mobile device. HIMSS attendees can stop by booth 4222 to learn more about CURBSIDE and the full CaptureProof technology that simplifies triage and monitoring patients, organizing media and capturing bundled payments – while making it easy for patients to follow their treatment plans.

The full CaptureProof app offers robust health information-sharing. The app links into all EHRs so that health care providers can seamlessly monitor patients’ health progress. CaptureProof uses the advanced Smart Medical Camera™, which provides instant feedback on photos and videos to ensure high-quality images align with past images for accurate interpretation. By complying with both HIPAA and Privacy Shield standards, CaptureProof offers a fully secure telemedicine experience.
